The team consist of professionals. We have dedicated 100% of our resources to consulting our customers through-out the used truck purchasing experience.

The team is headed up by a very diverse center manager with over 20 years in the heavy-duty transportation industry. He is a catalyst manager with the largest focus on customer service and satisfaction.  

Our territory sales manager is Shawn Baker. Shawn, has been with the Detroit / Freightliner industry for 15 years combined. His career started in the service side of Detroit Diesel. This solid foundation has help to propel his overall customer satisfaction to an above average rating. While working with the # 1 engine retailer one of his vital roles was to assist Freightliner, Peterbilt, and Kenworth new truck sales departments in specing the right equipment for the job at hand. He also held product updates and trained dealers in three states. Shawn is in charge of fleet acquisitions and consulting. If you are in the market for used commercial trucks, it is worth your time to allow Shawn to assist you in finding the best suited trucks for your operation. If you would like to downsize your trucking fleet size, Shawn can also be a resource for your company. When you rely on a salesperson to be there every time your trade cycle comes due, count on Shawn Baker.

We also have inside sales people that can assist our owner operators with acquisitioning equipment bested suited for their personal and financial needs.

Our financing department is second to none. This department is overseen by Jeff Green. Jeff Green, has been instrumental in obtaining a multitude of different truck financing sources. Jeff realizes that one commercial finance package will not suit every fleet trucking company. There are many complex challenges that today's trucking companies face, so we have just as many financial solutions.

Andrea Sykes, is our office manager. Andrea is the secret to us running like a fine tuned clock. Andrea has many functions that are instrumental with in our organization. If you could see a list of her dealership functions you would be amazed that she greets all of our customers with a friendly smile, but I guarantee she does.

The on-site shop is run by Midway Ford, a subsidiary Freightliner dealer. You will find in our "Road Ready" process page that we prefer to utilize an outside vendor to instill quality in our used Freightliner commercial trucks. Upon a tour of this SelecTrucks dealer you can expect to find 3 dedicated people from Midway Ford on-site. Even though they are not on our payroll they are integrated into our team of professionals. They have a large responsibility to us as well as our used truck customers. If you need service after the sale they will be more that happy to accommodate your needs.

Our dedicated detail department is off site, but rest assured they are also part of this precision used semi truck retail team. They understand exactly what we expect and they deliver on a consistent basis. This team is Detail One. They would also be accommodating for any after the sale needs your fleet may have.
